Policies and Procedures - AAC AB/NWT Regionals Fund Due to the overwhelming response this past year for funding to travel to the AAC Nationals in Montreal, it has become apparent that clear policies and procedures need to be in place to ensure the equitable treatment for those that apply. In the spring of 2004, several member representatives met in Calgary to discuss several options available to address concerns. The linked Word document has been developed as a general guideline for the policies and procedures that will be in place for the up coming 2005 season and beyond.
