Dog Agility EMail Lists

Email lists allow you to discuss agility with hundreds of trainers around the world. They are also a great source of information such as event announcements, rule changes, etc. Here's information on current agility lists.

The Agility List
The original agility list is no longer limited in the number of subscribers and has no waiting list. Agility (No-L) is devoted to the discussion of agility training and showing, in all its forms.
To subscribe to the agility list, send email to:
listproc@trumpkin.ou.edu
with a blank subject line and the following command as the first (and only) line of the message body:
subscribe agility <your real name>

The AgileDogs List
This list has been growing by leaps and bounds! Originally called CleanRun-L, it has been re-named to prevent confusion between it and the popular agility magazine which are not related in any way. Run by various volunteers, the list is a friendly, helpful place to talk about agility, and has over 1000 subscribers from around the world. You can also now view the archives from the list online.

The Onelist Agility List
This new list is starting to grow, but is still small enough to be a good choice if you can't handle the amount of mail the previous lists generate. Visit the Onelist page to subscribe, or to read the list archives.

The European Agility List
A new list for European agility fans. This is a multilingual list, messages in Dutch, English, German should be expected. Sponsored by the Dutch Agility Circle and information available at their page.

UKC Agility List
A new list specifically for the discussion of UKC agility. You can subscribe, unsubscribe, and view the list archives at the Onelist site.

French Agility List
There is now an agility list for French-speaking agility fans! Information is at the C.C.D.I.S.H. page.

Junior Handlers Agility List
A list specifically for Juniors in agility. Visit the Onelist page to subscribe, or to read the list archives.

Agility Bulletin Boards

Bulletin Boards allow you to post messages on your own time and go back and read them when you wish. They are a good alternative if you can't handle the large amounts of email that the lists generate.

The Agility Forums
The Agility Forums here at the Dogpatch are your best bet for agility discussion on the web. Registration is free and will allow you to receive replies by email if you wish.

The Agility Bulletin Board
Need a ride, roommate, pairs partner, etc. for an agility trial? Well, here's the place to advertise! If you're going to a show, and might be able to help someone out, swing by and see the latest listings.

Doggie Door Message Boards
Visit Doggie Door for discussions on all kinds of training, including agility.

UKC Agility Forum
Board specifically for discussions related to UKC Agility (and obedience).

Agility Chat

Chat allows you to have real-time discussions with other agility enthusiasts. Most web chatrooms do require that you use a fairly powerful browser like Netscape or IE.

No, not border collies! The British Columbia chat room is specifically on AAC agility.
